Community Health Forum

Our Community Health Improvement Forum, held on November 8th, 2023, was very successful and we had wonderful conversations with our community partners. The purpose of this meeting was to review and discuss community health data and share insights on factors and pressing health issues impacting Bell County’s health status. As a community, we came together in the meeting to vote on specific health issues that we want to focus on in our improvement plan.
