Our Complete Community Health Assessment- 2023
The Bell County Health Department has completed the 2023 Community Health Assessment. We plan to use this information gathered to build a Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) and build strategies to best target health disparities in the county.
Community Health Needs Assessment
The Bell County Health Department has conducted a Community Health Assessment to identify our community’s key health needs and issues through comprehensive, systematic data collection and analysis. Our goal with this assessment is to identify the needs and resources of our community and develop strategies to address Bell County’s health needs and identified issues.
Cribs For Kids
The Bell County Health Department currently collaborates with our HANDS team to reach families in our community who lack a safe-sleep environment for their child and provide them with a cribette.
